PRODUCT NOTIFICATION

Each of KŌDO's items is handmade or hand-assembled. The customer shall acknowledge the possible minor differences in colours, textures, and stitches that may be caused by material sourcing and the production process. The photos on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and we try our best to provide a detailed description of each item.

 

AVAILABILITY

The products displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled due to possible restrictions in each country, such as import/export regulations on exotic leather.

 

PRODUCT CARE

Scratches, leather discolouration, and other defects may occur due to humidity, heat, heavy usage, and other conditions over time. We advise customers to keep their items away from heat, damp areas, and sharp objects.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

The listed price on the website includes free shipping to your destination. However, we reserve the right to select the courier service. Customers outside Thailand may be subject to handling possible duties and taxes once the product has arrived in their country.

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN

We offer product exchange, return, and refund within fourteen (14) days from delivery. We will need to inspect the product to ensure its eligibility for exchange, return, or refund.

Your product might be eligible for a full refund or exchange if it is defective from shipping, wrongly delivered, or if it has a different size, colour, or details than what was stated in the original order. Non pre-order or non-customised items are also eligible.

Enclosed pre-paid return shipment is mandatory in terms of exchange of products.
